Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Postgraduate / Professional degree in business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• 1–2 years sales experience in high-end or landed property preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
• Confident, well-groomed and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries from call-in and walk-in customers to achieve targets.
• Execute marketing strategies to meet company sales targets.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and sales office duties.
• Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and follow-up sessions to close sales.
• Monitor competitor projects and provide market feedback to improve positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships to grow customer base and loyalty.
• Be tech-savvy and use CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
