Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a retail sales associate in Penang to deliver exceptional customer service and premium shopping experiences. You will recommend products based on client needs and styling preferences while maintaining strong product knowledge and a polished store environment.

The role focuses on achieving personal sales targets, supporting store performance, and ensuring accurate stock, merchandising, and smooth POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or above.
• Retail experience (luxury / jewelry industry preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury products and styling.
• Multilingual is an advantage.
• Comfortable working retail hours (44 hours/week + OT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and premium shopping experience.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and styling preferences.
• Strong product knowledge (features, styling, promotions).
• Achieve individual sales targets and support store performance.
• Handle inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure store is clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand image.
• Maintain visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Operate POS system / tablet for transactions.
