Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. You will service rooms, replenish amenities, and uphold safety and hygiene protocols in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Basic understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing equipment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas.
• Make beds and replenish amenities and guest supplies.
• Vacuum, dust, polish and disinfect designated areas.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow hotel policies, service standards and safety regulations.
• Update room status and coordinate with Housekeeping Office.
• Assist with deep cleaning and turndown services as needed.
• Ensure carts and storage areas are organized and stocked.
• Support team and contribute to a positive work environment.
