Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations and guest requests. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork within a luxury environment.

You will liaise with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure seamless service. Proven experience in hospitality coordination is preferred, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel housekeeping/coordination or admin role.
• Luxury hotel environment experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; valid right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and communicate room status to relevant teams.
• Handle telephone calls, guest requests and internal communications promptly.
• Record, follow up and coordinate guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, housekeeping activities, maintenance requests, lost and found items, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments for smooth service.
• Monitor room discrepancies, out-of-order rooms, special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Prepare daily reports, checklists and departmental documents.
• Support supervisors and managers with administrative duties.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and records.
• Keep housekeeping office and work areas organized and professional.
• Follow hotel policies and Four Seasons standards; perform other duties as assigned.
