Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Concierge - Valet to support the smooth running of the department, delivering the brand’s distinctive guest service and safely parking guests’ vehicles.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality diploma, at least 2 years in a luxury hotel valet role, a Class D license, and the stamina to stand for long periods; Malaysian citizen or PR preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Concierge - Valet in a luxury hotel brand.
• Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory).
• Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Physically fit to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia preferred due to work permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and safely park guests' vehicles in the assigned valet parking area.
• Assist with the efficient running of the Concierge department in line with Hyatt International's brand standards.
