You will provide exceptional customer service and park vehicles in designated areas. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism, 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, and a valid driving license. This role requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge - Valet in a luxury hotel.
• Valid Class D driving license is mandatory.
• Proven ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Concierge - Valet is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service and safely park the customer's vehicles in the assigned valet parking area.
