Responsibilities

• Assign staff to manage guest luggage storage.
• Ensure efficient delivery of parcels, newspapers, and messages.
• Assist guests with flight ticket arrangements.
• Arrange limousine or shuttle services for guests.
• Provide recommendations on restaurants and attractions.
• Supervise and support Departmental training.
