Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to motivate a team.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regent Club daily operations and guide the team to deliver personalised guest experiences.
• Train staff on service standards, product offerings and guest engagement techniques.
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping and front office to ensure seamless Regent Club operations.
• Promote Regent Club services and upsell to guests to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage cash/transactions with integrity.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to elevate the guest journey.
