Job summary

Regent Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our all-day dining venue, delivering warm, accessible hospitality and showcasing Malaysia's culinary heritage with pride.

You will direct daily operations, manage staff across breakfast, lunch and dinner, coach teams to meet Brand Standards, and collaborate with F&B leadership to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in hospitality or management.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, with senior experience in luxury or international settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activity, plan and assign work, ensuring proper staffing for all shifts.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve performance goals and brand standards.
• Ensure training on Brand Standards and Regent's F&B philosophy across the outlet.
• Lead menu engineering and promotions in collaboration with Chef and Marketing.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and manage guest journeys across meals.
