You will train and guide the club team, collaborate with F&B, housekeeping and front office, and drive upselling and revenue while upholding Regent's luxury standards.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus, and you will foster a calm, high-touch environment for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience within a luxury hotel or resort, with a strong background in guest service and team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to lead a team.
• Fluent English required; other languages are an advantage.
