You will lead daily operations, ensure personalised service, and maintain Regent’s luxury standards while collaborating with F&B, housekeeping and front office to deliver a seamless guest journey.

The role requires proven luxury-hotel management experience, strong leadership and training abilities, and a stellar guest service mindset. Fluent English is essential; other languages are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong guest service orientation and team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Regent Club team.
• Conduct regular training sessions on service standards.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Lead by example in guest service and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Upsell Regent Club services to guests.
• Monitor usage and guest feedback.
• Prepare financial records and reports.
• Generate KPI reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage cash and card transactions.
• Oversee setup and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety.
