Coty Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver luxury, personalised consultations in-store, guiding clients through product ranges and new launches. You will upsell, build brand loyalty, and ensure an elevated customer experience in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in luxury retail, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in luxury retail (beauty preferred). Fragrance knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills.
• Pleasant personality, team player, positive attitude and detail oriented.
• Keen to develop skills and knowledge; proactive and agile with strong business sense.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultations and personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell to achieve sales targets and increase basket size.
• Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage, launches and best sellers.
• Build connections with the brand and products; conduct product demonstrations and testing.
