Based in the Kuala Lumpur boutique, you will embody the brand DNA, leverage CRM tools, and contribute to operational excellence while maintaining grooming and presentation standards. English fluency and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong sales acumen and ability to engage clients.
• Ability to tell compelling brand stories to drive sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborative, proactive and results-driven team player.

Responsibilities

• Plays a central role on the sales floor, achieving and exceeding both sales targets and qualitative KPIs as assigned.
• Always has omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience.
• Proposes new ideas to develop sales such as merchandising, events, product mix.
• Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.
• Build trust and long-term client relationships by communicating the brand story and DNA while delivering exceptional service.
