Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail; watches experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to engage clients through storytelling.
• Collaborative team player with integrity and professionalism.
• Proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain omnichannel sales to ensure the best client experience.
• Propose ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix).
• Build long-lasting client relationships through clienteling objectives.
• Leverage tools like Salesforce and VM; coordinate aftersales service.
• Contribute to daily boutique operations under the Boutique Manager (inventory, cash, security, store opening/closing).
• Adhere to brand standards of grooming, behavior, and visual merchandising.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, high-performing team environment.
