• Provide luxury service with knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow client journey to elevate the client experience in-store.
• Follow up with clients for after-sales services and relationship management.
• Support with inventory management, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
• Maintain Burberry visual standards and cooperate with the team.
