Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. The role involves budgeting, revenue forecasting, menu development, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive luxury/hospitality beverage experience, strong leadership, and a track record of cost control and menu innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of beverage operations experience in a luxury hotel or premium bar environment.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing beverage teams and operations.
• Experience in beverage menu development, pricing strategies, and menu engineering.
• Proven experience in beverage cost control, stock management, purchasing, and inventory auditing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all beverage outlets to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all beverage venues operate in accordance with established brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor service delivery and conduct regular quality assessments.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage operations.
• Develop annual beverage budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor beverage revenue and profitability against targets.
• Control beverage cost through effective purchasing, inventory management, and waste reduction.
• Analyze sales trends and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Manage labor costs and staffing productivity within budget guidelines.
• Create and update beverage menus, cocktail programs and wine selections.
• Source new products and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Monitor beverage market trends and introduce innovative concepts.
