Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pharmaceutical commercial experience with oncology preferred.

• Experience in launch readiness, lifecycle management and MOH interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set franchise vision and strategy for Lung Cancer in Malaysia.
• Lead integrated sales and marketing delivery, manage P&L and resources.
• Drive MOH growth opportunities while protecting private business.
• Develop partnerships with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure governance, compliance and budget control across the franchise.
