Job summary

AstraZeneca in Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to drive the strategy and support the sales team in a fast-paced oncology environment.

You will conduct market research, build commercial plans, and ensure readiness for new product launches, while maintaining ethical practices and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education background in science or marketing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable in a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customers and environment by conducting market research.
• Formulate and implement the Marketing Strategy and support the sales team to deliver the sales objectives and initiatives.
• Build KEE advocacy and demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the therapy area.
• Track and analyse business performance and A&P budget.
• Deliver key insights and recommendations in a VUCA environment.
• Prepare Business Strategic Plan, Execution Plan and Business Review Updates.
• Establish commercial readiness for new product & indication launches.
• Responsible for accurate demand forecast.
