Job summary

AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking a driven Medical Representative to engage KOLs and influence prescribing behaviours across Oncology products. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with hospitals and clinics, and drive sales volume to meet designated targets.

Ideal candidates have a science background, interest in pharmaceutical sales, and strong communication skills. Experience with oncology products and CRM tools is a plus; a patient-focused, ethical approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or pharmacy.
• Experience or interest in pharmaceutical sales.
• Knowledge of oncology therapeutics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategy and POA in line with company policies.
• Regularly monitor territory sales performance and take corrective actions.
• Facilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics according to plan.
• Submit monthly reports and ensure timely ETMS/Veeva synchronization.
