AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking a Franchise Lead for Lung Cancer to set the franchise vision, build and develop a high-performing team, and deliver sustainable business performance within Malaysia. The role requires strategic thinking, portfolio leadership and strong execution across private and public sectors.

You will lead integrated sales and marketing, shape access strategies, manage the franchise P&L and ensure activities align with global and local strategy, while upholding AstraZeneca

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry (sales/marketing).
• Three+ years of line-management experience with people leadership.
• Experience in launch readiness and lifecycle management.
