AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking a result-driven Medical Representative to engage key opinion leaders and influence prescribing in Oncology. You will develop territory plans, build robust customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets for designated products.

In this role you will analyze market dynamics, enroll hospitals and clinics, deliver compliant promotional messages, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Education background is in science, preferably a Degree or Masters in a top university.
• Experience or keen interest in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Positively influence customers’ prescribing behaviour to achieve sales targets.
• Develop territory and build strong customer relationships to maximise sales volume and market share.
• Implement sales strategy and tactics in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust actions to meet objectives.
• Deliver key promotional messages according to approved plan.
