• Sound technical understanding of lubricants and product applications.
• Strong HSSE knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in automotive/industrial sales or technical support.
• Ability to train staff, customers and distributors in technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support on Castrol products and applications.
• Deliver technical training to internal staff, vendors and customers.
• Support the sales team as a technical expert to manage prospects and pipeline.
• Specify Castrol products for vehicles, heavy equipment and machinery.
• Assess risks to ensure safe and compliant recommendations.
• Coordinate technical issues related to product trials and lab reports.
• Stay updated on new technical developments to support the field force.
