Job summary

Solana Tec in Johor Bahru is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Operations Executive to coordinate deliveries, manage warehouse and inventory, and prepare materials for dispatch.

You will liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, perform monthly stock takes, track damaged items, and maintain accurate stock movements in a dynamic, on-the-job training environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation arrangements with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Prepare, sort, and organize accessories and materials for delivery, and coordinate with the warehouse team on loading arrangements.
• Perform runner duties, including submission and collection of TNB Welcome Letters and handling emergency deliveries when required.
• Maintain and update records of damaged or faulty units for tracking and follow-up.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of stock-in and stock-out movements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation arrangements with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Prepare, sort, and organize accessories and materials for delivery, and coordinate with the warehouse team on loading arrangements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic field or equivalent.

Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.

Able to work under pressure, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
