Job summary

Robert Bosch Power Tools Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented Supervisor for Logistics (Shipping and Customer Order Planning) in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will handle day‑to‑day administration, document control, and 7S housekeeping while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is an added advantage and English/Malay language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong bilingual English and Malay communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day general administration and clerical tasks.
• Close loop to ensure documentation activities are completed timely.
• Maintain and archive documentation with proper filling.
• Maintain 7S housekeeping at workplace.
• Cover/backup team members during absences.
• Support audits or ad-hoc activities.
• Ability to multitask and complete several clerical tasks.
• Liaise with external parties for external matters.
• Container planning and coordination with LSP.
• Pronovia releasing in SAP system.
• Participate in Bosch Production System CIP activities (CIP, VSM, VSD, BPS Assessment, A3 Project)
• Responsible for general administration to ensure smooth logistics activities.
• Responsible for logistics planning and reporting.
• Act as service provider to internal team on all logistics related matters and coordinate to meet timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate service levels of existing agents through KPI.
• Analyze logistics related problems and provide solutions.
• Support other duties, ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
