Job summary

Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Logistic Direct Blue Supervisor to lead and supervise a group of associates at the Penang site, covering Receiving, Warehouse and Shipping.

You will maintain high inventory accuracy, support KPI targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through Bosch Production System practices.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong problem solving, analytical thinking and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Problem solving to resolve operation issues is essential.
• Understands impact and consequences of own action.
• Ensure physical and system inventory integrity to closure on timely manner.
• Possess analytical thinking and influencing leadership skill.
• Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute daily operations at Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy in physical and system records.
• Support department vision and target KPIs.
• Supervise and ensure subordinates adhere to 7S principles at workplace.
• Conduct process confirmations to ensure SOP/WI compliance without deviation.
• Lead and drive logistic operation processes using Bosch Production System best practices.
• Ensure Materials Handling Equipment is well maintained and performing.
• Ensure high material availability of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to support production and customer orders.
• Support other duties and ad-hoc or special tasks as assigned.
