Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Administrator to handle day-to-day admin tasks, document control and logistics coordination at our Penang plant. The role involves supporting CIP initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, and ensuring timely shipping and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in logistics or related fields, and strong English and Malay language skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
• Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general administration and clerical tasks.
• Close loop to ensure all documentation activities are completed on time.
• Maintain and archive documentation with proper filing and housekeeping (7S).
• Cover/backup team members during absence; multitask on day-to-day tasks.
• Support audits or ad-hoc activities as requested by supervisor.
• Liaise with external parties for external matters.
• Container planning and coordination with Logistics Service Providers.
• Release Pronovia in SAP system.
• Participate in Bosch Production System CIP activities.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted logistics activities and reporting.
• Monitor service levels of agents via KPI; analyze and solve problems.
• Support other duties and special tasks as required.
• Customer Order Fulfillment.
• Shipping/Container arrangement to maximize plant revenue.
• Interact with cross-functional teams within plant and Bosch - Customer Planning Team, Planners, PJM.
• Liaise with external parties for all plant shipment – LSPs, Liners.

Job Summary

• 1.1 Perform day-to-day general administration and clerical tasks.
• 1.2 Close loop to ensure all documentation activity are completed on timely manner.
• 1.3 To maintain and upkeep documentation with proper filling/archiving.
• 1.4 Maintain good housekeeping and 7S at work place.
• 1.5 To cover/backup any team member on day to day tasks during the absence of other team members.
• 1.6 Support audit or ad-hoc activity upon request.
• 1.7 Ability to multitask and completing several clerical task at once.

• 1.12 Responsible for general administration to ensure smooth and uninterrupted logistics activities.
• 1.13 Responsible for logistics planning and reporting.
• 1.14 Act as service provider to internal team on all logistics related matters and coordinating well to ensure that logistics activities meet the expected time line.
• 1.15 Monitor and evaluates service levels of existing agents through measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• 1.16 Analyze logistics related problems and provide solutions to the problem.
• 1.17 Support other duties, ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
