The role supports daily import, export, inventory, and shipping operations, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include SAP goods receiving, document preparation, shipment coordination, stock transfers, invoice checks, and maintaining records for audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, or order coordination.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini is an advantage.

• Process goods receiving and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Prepare import, export, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Process stock transfers, loan orders, and return shipments.
• Check freight, shipping, and duty invoices for accuracy.
• Manage marine insurance declarations and assist with claims when required.
• Maintain proper shipping and inventory records for audit purposes.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits, and other logistics projects.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
