Connexion Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize day-to-day logistics for a 500-employee group. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Supply Chain Management principles and practices.
Experience with Warehouse Operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management techniques to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a logistics team.
Excellent Problem-Solving skills to address operational challenges and find efficient solutions.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Proven ability in Logistics Coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Skilled in Data Analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of day-to-day logistics operations for a 500-employee company.
Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, aligning with the company's restaurant and bar group operations.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, operations) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers) to ensure seamless movement of goods and timely delivery.
Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and space utilization, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and supervision of logistics staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of performance metrics and reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a secure and efficient logistics workflow.
Assist in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service level agreements to ensure optimal performance.
