Job summary

Racer Technology in Malaysia's Johor region seeks a Shipping Clerk to manage planned shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and handle core shipping documents.

You will coordinate with carriers, liaise with customs, and ensure compliance with import/export procedures, including LMW-related rules. Candidates should have 2+ years of shipping and customs experience, Navision experience, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Willing to work at Sentai Sinergi Industrial Park in Senai.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above.
• 2 years shipping and customs experience.
• LMW experience is an advantage.
• Navision experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good written, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, good time management and team player.
• Applicant willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Sinergi, Senai.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and schedule shipments to customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and update delivery status to relevant parties.
• Handle all shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists and other related.
• Coordinate with carriers and outsource logistics partners efficiently.
• Communicate with customs and freight forwards on import/export declarations.
• Understand and comply with LMW-related import/export law and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and manage lorry drivers' daily routines.
• Carry out assignments according to ISO requirements.
