Job summary

IFL Infinia in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers for truck bookings, process shipments, and coordinate with partner offices locally and HQ in Singapore.

You will communicate with drivers, track shipments, prepare reports, and contribute to an efficient logistics operation. Diploma in Logistics is a bonus; relevant logistics experience, MS Office proficiency, and ability to start on short notice are valued; 5.5 day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Logistics is a bonus.
• Relevant experience in the Logistics industry.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of shipping documents preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to start on short notice or immediately.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers for truck bookings
• Processing new shipments received from customers
• Liaising with partner offices within Malaysia and HQ in Singapore
• Communicating with drivers on shipment updates
• Tracking shipments and updating customers on collection/delivery timings
• Prepare shipment reports when required
