Job summary

PSA BDP in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end order processing and shipments. You will coordinate customer orders, plan bookings, manage transportation orders, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing while maintaining KPI targets.

The role suits candidates with 1–2 years of logistics experience and a Bachelor's degree, who are team players, meticulous, and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Logistics / similar experiences will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder (Minimum).
• Skills: Basic PC & MS Office Team player Meticulous or attention to details
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures.
• Order processing management. Planning / Booking / Transportation orders. Coordination/follow up of the shipment.
• Documentation/administration/filing/invoicing Freight Audit.
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, EDI) Operational troubleshooting.
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates End to end processing of received orders.
• Punctual and flawless order and documentation handling.
• Cooperation with the team. Reporting to Team Leader
