Job summary

Mapletree is seeking an Assistant Manager, Property Management (Logistics Development) to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and asset performance of logistics properties. You will support CAPEX projects, manage tenants, and ensure cost-efficient operations across multi-tenanted and single-user assets.

The role requires 5+ years in property management with strong M&E knowledge, vendor management, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management for logistics assets.
• Strong vendor management and contract administration skills.
• Familiarity with budget forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, facilities, and tenant relations.
• Lead CAPEX/A&A projects from planning to close-out within approved budgets.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets and service provider performance.
