Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Planner to plan and coordinate delivery schedules, liaising with transporters and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, at least 3 years in logistics planning, strong planning and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Mandarin speakers preferred for client interaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of logistics planning experience.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Mandarin-speaking applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly delivery schedules.
• Liaise with transporters and internal teams to ensure efficiency.
• Optimise delivery costing.
• Analyse logistics data and implement improvements.
• Ensure deliveries meet company standards.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods or breakdowns.
• Use ERP software to manage shipment tracking and inventory.
• Communicate effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
