Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized logistics administrator to provide essential support to the logistics department. You will issue delivery orders and invoices, plan daily delivery schedules, and coordinate serviced bike deliveries while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of logistics experience and a diploma in Logistics or related fields, with strong data accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
• High accuracy in data entry and report calculations.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Administration or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to the logistics department.
• Issue Delivery Orders and invoices; plan daily delivery schedules.
• Tally e-invoices, raise exit pass, prepare sales letters, filing, and other admin tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
