Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipping operations, warehouse inventory, and local distribution activities. You will oversee distribution channels, maintain relationships with warehouses, suppliers, distributors and 3PL partners, and identify improvements to boost service levels and reduce costs.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience within a multinational FMCG environment.
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry would be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in logistics operations, inventory management and distribution coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping operations, warehouse inventory and local distribution activities.
• Oversee distribution channels while maintaining relationships with warehouses, suppliers, distributors and 3PL partners.
• Identify and implement logistics and supply chain improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
• Evaluate logistics vendors and shipping options to drive efficiency and support business growth.
• Monitor inventory levels, distributor stock, returns and slow-moving items to ensure healthy stock management.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular warehouse and market visits to monitor logistics performance and competitor distribution activities.
• Prepare logistics plans, sales forecasts, inventory reports and distribution performance reports.
• Achieve operational targets and support profitability growth for assigned accounts.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management.
