Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming shipments against documents.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and daily reports.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks where applicable.
• Load outbound shipments and ensure safe transport.
• Communicate with team to resolve discrepancies.

SF Techlogis Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics and warehousing facilities. As a Logistic Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient inventory management, order processing, and the timely dispatch of goods to our customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Receiving, unloading and checking incoming shipments against delivery documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Organising and storing goods in designated warehouse locations, maintaining accurate records of inventory locations

Picking and packing customer orders according to specifications and preparing them for dispatch

Maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, including stock records, movement logs and daily reports

Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (where applicable)

Loading outbound shipments onto vehicles and ensuring goods are secured appropriately for transport

Communicating with team members and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Supporting the logistics team with general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling inventory and documentation

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality

A keen understanding of health and safety practices in warehouse environments
