Job summary

SPRITZER Group is seeking a proactive Transport Operations Coordinator to manage daily truck movements, coordinate with transporters and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery to customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires ownership of transport operations, problem solving for delays, and handling urgent operational challenges while maintaining accuracy in POD and documentation.

• Able to work on shift
• Willingness to handle daily operational challenges and urgent issues
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of transport operations
• Capability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (transporters, warehouse, internal teams)
• Flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
• Understanding of delivery timelines and service level expectations

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate truck information in the system, including timely updates on truck details and scheduling changes.
• Follow up with transport service providers to ensure timely submission of complete POD documents.
• Verify POD completeness and perform system acknowledgement accordingly.
• Monitor and expedite truck movements to ensure timely arrival for loading and at customer destinations.
• Proactively identify and escalated delays to relevant parties.
• Manage and resolve in-house transport-related issues, including safety concerns, driver issues, and truck breakdowns.
• Coordinate with transporters to arrange immediate replacement trucks when required to minimize operational disruption.
• Take ownership of daily transport operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely escalation of issues impacting delivery performance.
• Custom documentation filtering and recordings.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
