Job summary

Broad-Link Logistics is seeking an Operations Assistant/Executive to help ensure smooth daily operations, focusing on truck planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with drivers, internal teams, and customer service to guarantee timely deliveries and high service levels.

The role offers growth in logistics operations, with an emphasis on developing operational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities are required.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing truck orders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers for smooth pick-up and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor daily routes and transport activities to identify delays and improvement opportunities.
• Support in resolving operational issues and urgent situations promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of truck assignments, deliveries, fuel usage, and related documentation.
• Monitor and support driver performance, attendance, and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and service quality.
• Support customer service team in handling inquiries and service requests.
• Learn and utilise logistics systems and software for daily operations management.

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
