Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd (Hotayi Group) in Penang is offering a logistics internship to support import/export coordination and documentation.

You will learn to prepare shipping and customs paperwork, assist with reports, and maintain filing systems, while collaborating with a team.

This internship requires a bachelor’s degree student in related fields, basic Excel skills, and a 3-month+ commitment; on-site parking and cafeteria are provided.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to learn, responsible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Internship period of 3 months and above

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating import and export shipments, preparation and checking of shipping and customs documentation.
• Assist in preparing customs-related reports, including LMW reports.
• Maintain proper filing and records for logistics and customs documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
