Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related commercial support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and commercial support to the Sales team/Branch Manager.
• Prepare quotations for air, sea, road freight, and other logistics services; follow up with customers to maximize conversions.
• Assist in managing existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support tender submissions, RFQ responses, rate negotiations, and customer presentation preparations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments on shipment requirements, invoicing, and credit terms.
• Maintain and update sales documents, customer records, and reports while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
