Job summary

Winner Venture Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining organization and cleanliness. You will monitor inventory layout for optimal space use and coordinate with teams to ensure timely order picking and packing.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory storage and layout for optimal space utilization.
• Process and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order picking and packing.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments and returns.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
• Ensure all inventory data is accurately updated in the system.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules with internal and external logistics partners.
• Track and follow up on delivery progress to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Handle delivery issues and customer-related logistics inquiries.
• Prepare and manage logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.
• Maintain proper filing and data entry for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Identify areas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new logistics solutions and practices.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
