Job summary

Vitally Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to organize inventory, manage receiving and dispatch, and keep the warehouse safe and efficient. You will be the engine of our supply chain, ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a warehouse or logistics role, can lift up to 20 kg, is computer-literate (Excel is a plus), and communicates clearly with teammates and drivers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg unassisted.
• Proficiency with computers; Excel or Inventory Management Software is a plus.
• High accuracy in counting, data entry, and order processing to prevent shipping errors.
• Strong verbal communication to coordinate with team members and drivers.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, dispatches, and vehicle movements.
• Report inventory shortages, damaged goods, or equipment malfunctions to Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Dispatch: Unload incoming shipments, verify items against packing list, and prepare outgoing orders for pickup or delivery.
• Order Picking & Packing: Load products accurately, ensure secure loading, label shipments correctly.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free workspace; store goods in correct locations to maximize space efficiency.
• Coordination: Liaise with transporters and installers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Returns: Process return goods, inspect returned goods, and re-pack for goods return to HQ.
