Job summary

WINSTAR ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a Logistics Executive to strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services within our Malaysia operations. You will direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle while keeping close track of delivery status, costs and efficiency, and ensure timely route planning and shipments.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Keep track of delivery status, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arrange and plan routes, process shipments within the targeted timeline.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints from Customers or third party.
• Supervise, coach and train logistic workforce.
• Collaborating with internal department to investigate and solve any delivery, goods and transport issue.
• Verify and justify driver's monthly overtime claim.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.

Verify and justify driver's monthly overtime claim

Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
