SALIRAN INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support logistics operations, coordinating warehouse activities, deliveries, and shipments for the oil & gas sector and other industries.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining records, and supporting a positive, proactive work environment. Fresh graduates and those with marketing interest are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School (SPM/O Level) or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome; marketing interest also considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping and logistics.
• Work with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate with logistics or sales to determine transport requirements and schedules.
• Plan trucking schedules using company-owned trucks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain documents and records such as registrations, insurance, vehicle logs and daily inspection reports.

Job Descriptions

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our logistics team, focusing on the oil & gas and other industries. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and managing logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth logistical processes and provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in coordination activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping & logistic activities.

Need to work closely with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangement.

Coordinate with logistics or sales team to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet delivery dateline.

planning trucking schedule based on delivery dateline by utilized company own trucks.

Keep documents and records such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.

To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\"O\" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/\"A\" Level/Pre-U, in any field.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

At least 1 year of experience in logistic or any related field.

Fresh graduated/Applicants with marketing interest are encouraged to apply.

Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel, SQL system.

5 Working Days (Monday - Friday): 8.30am - 5.30pm
