Responsibilities

• Summarise monthly sales, gross profit, and credit note.
• Handle packing lists, delivery orders, credit notes, and customer return notes.
• Proper filing of documentation.
• Contact customers to ensure all documentation is received and payments can proceed monthly.
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics for general admin duties.
• Address inquiries promptly and complete assigned tasks without backlog.
