Job summary

MTT Shipping Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the team and oversee end-to-end logistics operations including import/export documentation, booking coordination, shipment tracking, invoicing, and stakeholder management.

You will drive service excellence, monitor performance, implement process improvements, and collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Oversee import/export, booking, documentation, shipment tracking, invoicing, and customer service activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
• Monitor team performance, implement process improvements, and maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Prepare reports, review performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
