Job summary

Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd in Perak, Malaysia invites a dedicated Customer Care Logistics professional to manage inquiries, orders, and export shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.

You will handle Sales Orders and Delivery Orders, arrange transport for local and export deliveries, liaise with transporters, check finished goods, update customers, and maintain records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or logistics roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., Autocount).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and efficiently
• Arrange and coordinate transportation for local and export deliveries
• Liaise closely with transporters, forwarders, and logistics partners
• Handle export documentation and customs clearance for overseas shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping requirements, and documentation (e.g. invoice, packing list)
• Perform physical checking of finished goods before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality
• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on delivery status, including export shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams
• Resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues, and shipment delays efficiently
• Maintain proper records for all logistics, shipping, and export transactions
• Ensure all operations meet company procedures and deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
