• Bachelor’s degree or above; excellent communication and good English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of U.S. parcel and freight operations.
• Detail-oriented; proficient in Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer complaints submitted by merchants and platform sides according to company policies; complete audits within required timeframes and elevate issues as needed.
• Respond to customers in writing via ticket system or templates within SLA requirements to ensure timely closure.
• Report high-risk complaints immediately; strictly follow SOPs to ensure standardized, traceable processes.
• Conduct regular self-reviews; participate in weekly QA meetings, share cases, and propose process improvements.
• Comply with company data security and privacy regulations; properly handle confidential customer information.
