Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Logistics / Warehouse Clerk to support day-to-day operations, receiving, storing and dispatching goods, and maintaining records.

You will coordinate with transporters and internal teams, update ERP records, monitor shipment status, and help with stock counts while ensuring SOP and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Basic schooling and practical logistics exposure.
• Experience in a similar logistics role is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Shah Alam, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and dispatch goods.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Update records in the ERP and logistics system.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on orders.
• Support inventory counts and ensure filing is organized and compliant with SOPs.

• Support inventory control activities and stock counts.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
