Job summary

ESW Engineering Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking an Operations Coordinator to streamline daily activities and support logistics, inventory control, and interdepartmental coordination.

The role requires at least 1 year in operations, excellent communication, and proficiency with inventory software in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with full-time hours and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and general office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Manage logistics and shipping arrangements for outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Support the sales team with operational information and documentation.
